Kids Try To Extort MySpace

Two New York teenagers were busted last week after they hacked into the popular social network service MySpace. They threatened to release the information on how they hacked in unless MySpace paid them $150,00.

Kids, if you're going to run an extortion scam on MySpace, ask for more than $150,000. Remember boys and girls, MySpace is owned by News Corp and those guys are worth billions. It's no more of a crime to ask for a 10 million than $150,00 so go for it!

They should be fined an extra $10,000 for being stupid.
